  Does it's job well. I used this to grind down my concrete floors before installing a floating vinyl floor. It was a very dusty job, but this wheel made quick work of the concrete. I used it for about 15 minutes on the floor, and it doesn't appear to have affected its lifespan at all. Obviously a well made tool
