I ordered 12 plates - all arrived, packed well and in perfect condition. Delivery was relatively quick - I haven't tried grinding concrete yet, so can't comment on how effective they are.

I must admit, I thought this tool would wear out quickly but it worked beautifully and is still in great shape even after concrete grinding.
