Great deal. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. It makes a ton of dust but that is to be expected. I highly recommend purchasing a vacuum attachment to pull the dust away. I've used it heavily for several days and it still seems sharp and effective.

Had use to grind the hard concrete on a lager patio, still going strong after a long time grinding process. But just remember using the soft bond then the grinder would work more effective.
