Grinding machines can machine various surfaces such as internal and external cylindrical and conical surfaces, flat surfaces, involute tooth profiles, spiral surfaces, and various shaped surfaces. The grinder can perform barren processing, roughing, finishing, and superfinishing, and can process a variety of high-hard and super-hard materials, as well as sharpen tools and perform cutting, etc. The process range is very wide.
Cylindrical grinding machines
1. M1432A Universal Cylindrical Grinding Machine. M1432A universal cylindrical grinding machine is an ordinary precision grade cylindrical grinding machine. It is mainly used for grinding cylindrical and conical external and internal holes, and also for grinding the shoulders and end planes of stepped shafts. This CNC toolholder machine tool has good versatility, but low productivity, so it is suitable for single-piece small batch production.
2. Centerless cylindrical grinding machine. When the centerless cylindrical grinding machine is grinding, the workpiece is placed between the grinding wheel and the guide wheel, and the center of the workpiece is higher than the center line of the grinding wheel and the guide wheel, and the external surface to be ground is used as the positioning reference and supported on the pallet. The centerless cylindrical grinding machine has high productivity and good machining accuracy, but it can only grind continuous cylindrical surfaces, and it is time-consuming to adjust the grinding machine, so it is only suitable for batch and mass production.
Internal cylindrical grinding machine
Internal cylindrical grinding machines are used to grind various cylindrical holes (through holes, blind holes, stepped holes and holes with interrupted surfaces, etc.) and conical holes, and some internal grinding machines are equipped with grinding heads for grinding end faces. The main types of internal cylindrical grinding machines are normal internal cylindrical grinding machines, centerless internal cylindrical grinding machines, and planetary internal cylindrical grinding machines. Normal internal grinding machines use the longitudinal grinding method and plunge grinding method to grind internal bores. Special end-grinding devices are used to grind bores and end faces in a single clamping of the workpiece. Centerless internal grinding machines are suitable for processing thin-walled workpieces whose outer surface has been finished, such as bearing rings.
Surface grinding machine
Surface grinding machines are mainly used for grinding the flat surfaces of various workpieces. Depending on the grinding method and machine layout, there are four types of surface grinding machines: horizontal axis surface grinding machines, horizontal axis surface grinding machines, vertical axis surface grinding machines and vertical axis surface grinding machines.
