Clean up the floor first, then use a knife to clean the concrete slurry in the stone gap. Use a brush and vacuum cleaner to clean up the dust and there must be no sand or impurities on the floor.
After the overall cleaning of the marble surface, use marble glue to repair small damaged points and cracks on the surface. It should be noted that using the marble glue similar to the color of the marble floor to repair the original damaged surface.
After the damaged points and cracks is repaired with glue, the next process can be carried out after the glue is completely dried. After the marble glue is dried, use a floor grinder with diamond grinding tools to grind the entire floor, the caulking between the stones, the walls and corners to keep the entire floor level.
Use a water suction machine to deal with the sewage after the floor is ground. And the entire floor is dried with a floor dryer. If time permits, natural air drying can also be used to keep the surface dry.
After the first grinding, the marble glue caulking is carried out again. Then perform the secondary grinding after the caulking is completed. Use the floor refurbishing machine with diamond grinding tools to grind the floor from rough grinding to fine grinding.
The surface is overall flat and smooth till the grinding process complete. Then use diamond polishing pads to polish the marble floor. The degree of polishing depends on the requirements for the marble gloss and there is no obvious gap between the surface.
After the marble floor has been repeatedly polished into a crystalline mirror surface, use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the residue and moisture on the floor, and then polish it with diamond burnishing pad to make the whole floor completely dry and bright as a mirror surface.
