1.For the concrete floor with poor quality, it is recommended to use medium and large floor grinders. After spraying and drying in the shade, dry grinding the floor. First, use 30# hard bond metal grinding disc to remove loose surface layer and leveling the concrete surface. Then use 100# medium bond or soft bond metal grinding disc to grind the floor until the flatness and the hardness have been processed, and the following steps are much simpler.

2. If the foundation density of the floor is poor, the particles will wear out with the diamond of the grinding disc, which will accelerate the consumption of the grinding disc. At this time, we can perform hardening treatment to increase the density of the floor before grinding.

3. For hard concrete floors, it is recommended to use sharp resin bond diamond pads, increase the counterweight of the floor grinder, reduce the speed of the mil as well as reduce the forward speed of the floor grinder. As for soft concrete floors, it is recommended to use durable resin bond diamond pads, increase the speed of the mill and speed up the forward speed of the floor grinder.

4.Do not skip the grit number when using the grinding disc. According to the normal use situation, dry grinding saves more consumables than wet grinding, but the wet grinding will make the floor more even and finer.

The correct construction method is an important guarantee for high-quality concrete floors. Choosing the right grinding discs according to the actual situation of the floor can not only reduce the consumption of the grinding discs, but also reduce the construction cost.
