Concrete dyes
Concrete dyes are translucent, penetrating color solutions. They are nontoxic, tasteless, harmless to the human body without react chemical stains. Because the color is stable, it’s easy to make artificial dyeing with concrete and terrazzo. The concrete dyes can penetrate into the concrete surface 3-5 millimeters that make concrete more colorful and avoid epoxy resin shedding.
Color
The basic colors of concrete dyes (such as red, green, yellow, black and blue) and the special toner are convenience. They have no effect on the mechanical properties of the concrete products.
Advantage
Super permeability, super abrasion resistance, permanent no fading, UV resistance and weathering and rich color. It is harmless, tasteless, harmless to human body, environmental protection products, surpass the epoxy floor, avoid skin shelling, and is simple in construction.
Methods
Coarse grinding: before floor coloring construction, use the diamond grinding disc to level the ground surface according to the ground conditions. And then, use resin dry pads grinded to 200-400grits (high ground to 200grits can be color, low strength can be lapping to 400grits and then dyed).
Curing:polish away the dust, clean the floor material and clean it with the vacuum cleaner. Before curing agent, floor must be cleaned, dried and solidified.
Dyeing: brush the coloring evenly at first. Once the surface is dry, brush it again and keep the ground moist for 2-3 hours. If a region is grind unevenly, the coloring agent will gather in the low-lying area that is needed to be dispersed to the four sides, or to clean it directly with a mop. After drying for 12 hours, check whether the area is dyed shallow because of the unevenness of the ground. If necessary, rebrush the dye or some areas (the lighter color) to fill some stains.
Curing: when the dye is completely dried, it can be brushing with a curing agent and grinding in 12 hours later.
Polishing: according to the temperature, at least after 8 hours reaction, start with dry resin polish (800grits-1500grits-3000grits). The polishing machine needs to be equipped with vacuum cleaner. After 3000 grits, the ground will appear high light effect. If the color appear uneven and the visual feel faded, to applying protective agent, it will have a good effect.
Protective agent: Last, brush the protection agent once again. At this time the color can show bright and uniform color. After one days, the floor has reached the effect of waterproof and anti oil.

After spraying for 2-3 hours, the surface is completely dried, the resin soft grind can be polished alternately from 800 and 1000 and 1500. Finally, it is polished with a polishing machine with a white clean pad (speed of 2500RPM).
