Preparation before construction of permeable concrete floor:

The pervious concrete uses natural colored stone as aggregate, is mixed with cement, cement, surface sealant and water, and is laid through a specific mixing process.

The material is prepared to use crushed stone of a certain particle size instead of aggregate, and there is a certain amount of binder and crushed stone in the construction. And prepare a series of material preparations such as water, electricity, adhesive tarpaulin, and setting site for mixing machinery.

Construction steps of permeable concrete floor:

1. Clean

Before the construction of the permeable concrete surface layer, the concrete structure layer should be cleaned. The surface of the treated concrete structure layer should be rough, clean, free of water, and kept in a certain wet state.

2. Stir

Put the prepared materials into the mixer in the order of feeding, and stir evenly. Put the admixture, cement and crushed stone into the mixer, and after stirring for 30 seconds, add the weighed water to the mixer for 2-3 times for mixing, and the mixing time should be controlled within 2 minutes.

3. Transportation

The initial setting time of pervious concrete is short. After the mixture is discharged from the mixer, it is transported to the paving site for paving, vibrating and surface treatment. Determined according to the construction temperature, generally controlled within 1 hour.

4. Paving

Plain pervious concrete should be spread and compacted by using a concrete paver or plate vibrator. Refill the uneven places, vibrate again to make it smooth, and vibrate the corners to make it denser.

5. Surface pouring

The strong permeable concrete of the surface layer should be poured at the same time as the pervious concrete of the lower layer, and the paving time interval between the two layers should not be too long. The lower layer of pervious concrete is covered with water at intervals.

Use a special road roller for surface permeable concrete to vibrate and compact, the large pores are manually leveled, and the edges and corners are vibrated and compacted.

6. Surface sealant

According to the dryness of the weather, after curing the permeable concrete surface layer for 2-5 days, spray two layers of transparent surface sealant.

7. Within 7 days after the completion of construction, the finished floor should be cut and treated. After the seam is finished, spray the color brightener after the floor is completely dry.
