I bought this tool to grind down some thinset left on a concrete floor after removing some tile. It works great.

Have to be careful on new concrete as this will take material off quickly

Good products. I used this to get the edges and some profile in my garage in prep for epoxy. I used it dry - I suggest you do the same and get a good dust mask - not a cheap paper cover - a real mask. It did exactly what I needed it to do.
